Installation Guarantee
All installation and workmanship services performed by Your Digital Concierge are warranted for five years. The installed electronics must remain in use and in their originally installed locations.
Computer system set-up is guaranteed to perform for three months to the exact specifications as determined during the initial installation. Repairs, updates and system re-configurations may include an additional charge. This is due to the frequent firmware and software updates provided by the manufacturers. The system’s electronics must remain in their originally installed and configured location(s).
*Does not include issues relating to normal usage, neglect, damage or defects resulting from acts of nature, such as lightning strikes or floods. (These items, however, may be covered by your homeowner’s or other insurance).
