A Digital Concierge will perform your in-home consultation. The same Concierge will be present during your installation, set-up and calibration. This single point-of-contact will prevent unnecessary delays, compromised installations and frustration on your part. It also beats our competitors who send different representatives for consultation and installation. |

Your Digital Concierge will fax or email you a Work Order for approval. The Work Order will contain product and installation recommendations for the best possible performance and value, based on your entertainment demands, room size(s) and budget. |

After authorizing your final Work Order, an installation date will be established. Prior to installation, YDC will organize your digital components, perform any pre-programming requirements and obtain customizable system preferences from you and your family. |

Your YDC Technician will perform your system installation exactly as specified in your consultation. Your Concierge will be on-site, or available, for as long as the installation is being performed. |
